Bonjour à vous

Je me permets une petite question, la réponse est peut-être déjà sur ce forum mais je suis nouvelle

J'aimerais savoir avant de télécharger KPTIC si ce logiciel est payant ? En effet, j'ai vu dans les conditions qu'il faut accepter pour pouvoir l'installer une histoire de cotisation ou autre ?

Quelqu'un pourrait me renseigner à ce sujet svp ?
